Access to the Site is provided conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by this reference and are found at ("Terms"). If you do not unconditionally agree to these terms, you will not be authorized to use the Site/Customer and any of our other associated services.

  1. CHANGES TO SITE/CUSTOMER

You may use the Site/Client as it is available, however, we do not guarantee the availability of the Site/Client or any particular feature. A particular feature may be a pre-release version and may not function correctly or in the same manner as the final version. We may change the final version or even decide not to release it. We also reserve the right to change, remove, restrict, block access to, charge fees, or discontinue the provision of information at any time without notice.

  1. CONTENT

The Snaptim Site/Client and any other associated services are for private use only. Any commercial use of Snaptim is prohibited and will be prosecuted in court. Snaptim's sole purpose is to make downloadable copies of online content for the user's private use ("fair use"). Any further use of the content transmitted by Snaptim, including but not limited to making it publicly accessible or for commercial purposes, must be approved by the owner. The user is solely

responsible for any actions taken in relation to the data transmitted by Snaptim. Snaptim does not grant any rights to the content as it acts only as a technical service provider.

The Website/Client or the applications therein, may contain links to third party websites or clients. The linked Website/Client is not under our control and we are not responsible for any linked Website, including any content contained in the linked Website or any changes or updates to the linked Website. We provide links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the website or any association with its operators. Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of their use of Snaptim. Snaptim provides technical services only. Therefore, Snaptim is not liable to users or any third party for allowing downloads of content through Snaptim.

You warrant to us that: (A) you are an individual (not a company) and of legal age (18 years or older) to form a binding contract or have your parent's permission to do so and you are 13 years or older; (B) all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and (C) such information will be maintained in its accuracy. You may have additional rights under local laws which THESE TERMS cannot change.
